Plenty of space for your holiday

With 3 bedrooms our holiday flat offers enough space for up to 6 people. Children up to 3 years are our guests and stay for free. We are happy to provide an extra bed and a high chair.

Check-in & Check-out

On the day of arrival, the flat is available to you from 4 pm. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the flat by 10 a.m. at the latest.

Free included services

Welcome box with South Tyrolean products, free use of the garage, Holidaypass guest card, W-Lan, flat-screen TV in every room, high-quality bath and bed linen and care products.

If your stay lasts at least 2 weeks, we will gladly change the bed and bath linen once a week.

Length of stay

In high season the minimum stay is 7 days, in low season 5 days.

Reservation and cancellation conditions

The flat is reserved for you after the transfer of the deposit. The balance can be paid before arrival by bank transfer or in cash on arrival.

Should something come up, we kindly ask you to let us know in good time so that you do not incur any charges. In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees may apply:

  • in the case of cancellations, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • for cancellations of less than 8 days, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • in case of late arrival, early departure or no-show, we will also charge the full amount of the booked stay.

Local tax & cleaning fee

All guests over 14 years have to pay a local tax of 2,70€/day.

The final cleaning fee is Euro 50 per stay.

Further information

Our flat is a non-smoking flat. You will find ashtrays on all terraces. 

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the flat!
